QUEZON CITY, Philippines May 25, 2014 -— Award-winning publisher AdFokus announced the birth of a new publication that will cover the Philippine motorcycle industry – Metro ARANGKADA. Debuting May, Metro ARANGKADA is a bilingual tabloid-size, free-copy, monthly publication to be circulated in Metro Manila and other key regions in the country.
